My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were not as expected, being warm with poor ventilation and lacking the promised view, they were still clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for my purpose, close to central Bournemouth, but felt a bit outdated. The dining experience varied from disappointing to very good, depending on the meal. Facilities were adequate, albeit with some room for improvement.
I stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were incredibly clean and very comfortable, they were quite dated with small double beds. The spotless room overlooked the serene garden. The service was exceptional with young, happy, and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable. The location, although slightly challenging to access on the top floor with steep stairs, was ideal for my needs close to the venue.
